These Terms and Conditions apply to the website of Demo Transport ("the School"), the parent and student portal, the school mobile app and online fee payments. By using them you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the website, portal and app
- The portal and app are for parents, students and staff of the School. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not misuse the services — for example by trying to access another person's account, uploading harmful files, or interfering with the systems.
- Information on the website (fees, events, notices) is given in good faith and may change. The School's official circulars prevail if there is a difference.
2. Fees and online payments
- Fees, due dates and late-fee rules are set by the School and shown in the portal, the app or the fee circular for the academic year.
- Online payments are processed by our payment gateway (such as CCAvenue). Paying online is optional; you may also pay at the school office.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Any bank, card or gateway convenience charge shown at checkout is added by the gateway and is not collected by the School.
- A payment is treated as received only when the gateway confirms it. A receipt is then available in the portal and app.
- If money is debited but the payment shows as failed or pending, do not pay again straight away — the gateway usually settles or reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days. Contact the school office with the transaction reference if it does not.
3. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Delivery of services
Fees paid are for education and related services (such as transport, events or books). Receipts are delivered electronically in the portal and app, and by SMS or email where enabled. Physical items (such as books or uniforms), if sold, are handed over at the school or as announced by the School. No goods are shipped by courier unless the School says so in writing.
5. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
The School will take reasonable care to keep the services available and accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The School is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, the payment gateway, internet providers or events outside its control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over the School's location.
